Chapter No: 41

بابُ التَحْذِيْرِ مِنَ الْاِغْتِرَارِ بِزِيْنَةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا يَبْسُطُ مِنْهَا

The warning from being deceived by the adornment of this world and what comes out of it

دنیا کی زینت و کشادگی پر غرور کر نے کی ممانعت کا بیان

Chapter No: 42

بابُ فَضْلِ التَّعَفُّفِ وَالصَّبْرِ وَالْقَنَاعَةِ وَالْحَثِّ عَلَى كُلِّ ذَلِكَ

The abstinence (from asking), patience, and contentment, and the urge to adopt all these

سوال سے بچنے اور صبر و قناعت کی فضیلت اور ان سب کی ترغیب کا بیان

باب فِي الْكَفَافِ وَالْقَنَاعَةِ

Regarding subsistence and contentment

کفایت شعاری اور قناعت پسندی کا بیان

Chapter No: 44

بابُ إِعْطَاءِ الْمُؤَلَّفَةِ وَمَنْ يُخَافُ عَلى إِيْمَانِهِ إِنْ لَمْ يُعْطَ ، وَاحْتِمَالُ مَنْ سُأِلَ بِجَفَاءِ لِجَهْلِهِ ، وَبَيَانُ الْخَوَارِجِ وَأَحْكَامُهُم

About; giving to those whose hearts have been inclined (towards Islam), and to those whose faith is in fear if not given anything, and tolerating the one who asks rudely due to ignorance, and the Khawarij and rulings regarding them

مؤلفۃ القلوب اور کمزور ایمان والے کو دینے کا بیان ، اور جو اپنی جہالت کی وجہ سے سختی سے سوال کرے اور خوارج اور ان کے احکا مات کا بیان

Chapter No: 45

بَاب إِعْطَاءِ مَنْ يُخَافُ عَلَى إِيمَانِهِ

About giving to the one whose faith is in fear

ضعیف الایمان والے کو دینے کا بیان

Chapter No: 46

بَاب إِعْطَاءِ الْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ عَلَى الْإِسْلَامِ وَتَصَبُّرِ مَنْ قَوِيَ إِيمَانُهُ

About giving to those whose hearts have been inclined (towards Islam) and prompting those having strong faith to be patient

اسلام پر ثابت قدم رہنے کیلئے تالیف قلبی کے طور پر دینےاور قوی الایمان لوگوں کو صبر کی تلقین کا بیان

Regarding Al Khawarij and their attributes

The motivation to kill the Khawarij

خوارج کو قتل کرنے پر ابھارنا

باب الْخَوَارِجُ شَرُّ الْخَلْقِ وَالْخَلِيقَةِ

Al Khawarij are the most evil of mankind and of all creatures

خوارج کا ساری مخلوق سے بدتر ہونے کا بیان

Chapter No: 50

باب تَحْرِيمِ الزَّكَاةِ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَهُمْ بَنُو هَاشِمٍ وَبَنُو الْمُطَّلِبِ دُونَ غَيْرِهِمْ

The prohibition to take the Zakat for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his family, which comprises of Banu Hashim and Banu Muttalib and no one else
